To confirm your place at the workshop, please read the information on this page, make your lodging arrangements if needed, fill out the Registration Form, and follow the instructions to pay your registration fee (and field trip fee, if you choose to go on one). You'll get a prompt acknowledgement that we've received your registration.
If for any reason you must cancel this registration, please contact the organizers at info@georgewright.org as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION AND FIELD TRIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER MARCH 11.
REGISTRATION: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
The general registration fee is $120; for interns and fellows, $60; for NPS alumni, $60. The registration fee includes:

Attendance at all sessions

Attendance at the Earth Day / Digital Poster Session Reception (Monday, April 22)

Attendance at the Networking Reception (Tuesday, April 23)

Morning and Afternoon Refreshment Breaks
The registration fee DOES NOT include:

Travel to/from San Francisco

Local transportation to and from the General's Residence workshop venue (see our Local Logistics page for more information)

Optional field trip, Friday, April 26 (separate fee required; see form below for details)
TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of partial to full travel scholarships to NPS employees and partners are available to ensure participation in the training is diverse across ability to pay, geographic areas, ages and years of service, and social identities. Please contact the organizers at info@georgewright.org if you would like to be considered.
LODGING OPTIONS
Most of the lodging options we secured are now full (or the room block has expired), but there are still some rooms available at The Argonaut Hotel, 495 Jefferson St., San Francisco (0.7 miles from General's Residence) We have reserved a small number of rooms at the FY23 federal per diem rate for San Francisco, $270. Federal employees traveling on official business will be able to exempt themselves from room tax. Rooms are being held until March 22 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.

PARKING AT THE GENERAL'S RESIDENCE
There is a very limited amount of public parking on the Fort Mason grounds, a 10-minute walk from the General's Residence. See our Local Logistics page for more information.
GWS FORM 889 REPRESENTATION
The George Wright Society does not use telecom equipment from prohibited Chinese companies as defined in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2019 (Section 889). To confirm this, your purchasing officer may request a DOI Form 889 "Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation." A signed copy of GWS's Form 889 can be viewed/downloaded here.
