In a speech that repeatedly mentioned Mount Rushmore, statues, and agitators who have caused destruction, President Donald Trump announced Friday he'll sign an executive order for a new monument.
Trump said the order relates to the establishment of a vast outdoor park that pays tribute to the "giants of our past."
