Divisions within the Berejiklian government have delayed the relocation of brumbies in the Kosciuszko National Park even as numbers of the feral horses continue to rise.
A year after it shocked scientists and environmental groups by passing a law to protect the introduced animals in one of NSW's biggest national parks, the government has now likely missed its winter window to remove horses for a second year in a row.
