To make an unrestricted gift that allows GWS to determine how to use the proceeds based on the most pressing needs, use the following language for your will and/or trust: ”I give to the George Wright Society, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose address is P.O. Box 65, Hancock, MI 49930-0065 USA, federal tax ID 38-2360876, or its successor thereto, _________ [specific amount of monetary gift, or percentage of the estate, or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.“

 

To designate your gift for the GWS Dedicated Fund for Operations: ”I give to the George Wright Society, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose address is P.O. Box 65, Hancock, MI 49930-0065 USA, federal tax ID 38-2360876, or its successor thereto, _________ [specific amount of monetary gift, or percentage of the estate, or description of property] for its Dedicated Fund for Operations to support the organization’s operational needs as determined in its sole and uncontrolled discretion."
