Tributary of namesake River to be cleaned up in Cuyahoga Valley NP

PENINSULA, Ohio – The latest Cuyahoga River cleanup project targets a tributary so small that it doesn’t appear on most maps.

But the restoration of Stanford Run in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is vital to the river’s health, nevertheless, according to parks and government officials who announced approval of a $425,000 rescue job this week.
