About registration fees
Please understand that these workshops are not possible without the revenue obtained from registration fees. If you are a presenter, you (and anyone you invite to take part in a session, if you are proposing one) must register for the workshop and pay the applicable registration fee. We have a limited amount of funding to underwrite fee waivers and partial travel stipends for Indigenous participants. If you are an Indigenous person and would like to be considered for such assistance, please let us know in the Special Instructions box on the registration form, and we'll follow up with you.

Regular Registration: $450

Discounted George Wright Society Members Rate: $350 (Not a member? Annual dues are $60. You can save $40 off the Regular Registration fee by selecting the "Join GWS Now" option on the Registration Form below)

Full-time Students: $250 (includes 1-year GWS Student Membership, a value of $25)
Lab Paks. We want to encourage professors who oversee park-related research labs to attend and bring along their students, so we have created Lab Paks: all-in-one package deals that include registrations and one-year GWS memberships for profs and students alike.

New! Single-day rate for undergrads. This year we have a $50 single-day rate for undergraduate students to offer a taste of what a professional workshop is like. Includes AM/PM breaks and a one-year Student Membership in GWS.
