Lodging & Logistics

Our meeting venue

ParkForum 2025 will be at the University of Tennessee Conference Center in downtown Knoxville, a 15-minute walk from the university's main campus. There will be Internet access throughout the meeting rooms and each room will have a PowerPoint projector package.

We will post information about parking options here soon.

Note: do not confuse the UT Conference Center with the nearby Knoxville Convention Center, which is an entirely separate facility.

There are a dozen hotels close to the UT Conference Center. We may be able to offer sleeping room blocks at the prevailing US federal per diem rate at some of these hotels; check back here for updates.

There are many dining choices close by; check out Visit Knoxville's searchable restaurant guide.
