Submit a Proposal for a Theme Issue

Parks Stewardship Forum, the Interdisciplinary Journal of Place-based Conservation, accepts proposals for Theme Issues: 4-8 papers that explore various facets of a common theme. Theme Issues are centered on a set of 4–8 papers around a theme, which are organized by a Guest Editor.  (The set of themed papers does not constitute the entire issue of the journal; there is always other content as well.)

Here’s the process:

  1. If you haven't already, read PSF's general submission guidelines.

  2. Download and read the guidelines for guest editors of Theme Issues (link below).

  3. Once you’ve read both sets of guidelines, fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

  4. The managing editors will review your proposal and respond within 4 weeks.
