Fallingwater, famous private home, among Frank Lloyd Wright buildings added to WH list

Fallingwater, the house Frank Lloyd Wright balanced over a Western Pennsylvania waterfall, has won designation as a World Heritage site by UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Fallingwater, built in the woods near Mill Run, Fayette County, and seven other Wright buildings were added to the UNESCO list because they are also considered some of the best examples of his organic architecture, a way of building in harmony with nature.
