Register / Reserve a Hotel Room
Register and reserve your hotel room early! We will be setting a new earlybird registration deadline soon. After that date registration fees increase. See below for the fee schedule and the registration form.
Hotel room block and rates. A block of sleeping rooms is being held at the Radisson at a discounted rate of $110/night + tax. Current federal per diem rates for Fresno are: $110 lodging, $66 M&IE (meals & incidental expenses). Federal and state employees can exempt themselves from some or all of the tax at check-in. The room block will be held until a to-be-rescheduled deadline or until all rooms in the block are taken, whichever comes first. After that, any rooms will be sold on a space-available basis and the discounted rate is not guaranteed.
How to make a hotel room reservation. Call the Radisson Fresno directly at 1-559-233-6650 and ask for the Reservations Department. Be sure to tell them you are part of the Fire Management 24/7/365 group to get the hotel room discount. Have your arrival and departure dates and times ready, as well as a major credit card to guarantee your first night’s reservation. Also be sure to state any special accessibility needs or preferences.
